ORANJESTAD- Het aantal besmettingen met het Covid-19 virus op Sint-Eustatius is in het weekeinde nog verder gestegen.
Volgens cijfers van het Openbaar Lichaam Sint-Eustatius had het eiland op zondag in totaal 46 actieve gevallen.
De overheid heeft inmiddels risicofase 5 afgekondigd. Ook heeft zij aangegeven dat burgers de overheid voorlopig alleen via telefoon of e-mail kunnen bereiken. Ondertussen gaat zowel het testen van mensen als het geven van de boosterprikken door bij de hospitainer.
