De kosten als gevolg van loonderving steeg in 2020 met 20 procent van zestien miljoen. Geheel toe te schrijven aan Corona.
Omdat coronapatiënten niet bij de huisarts op praktijk komen, noch bij de SVB zelf, kan er misbruik worden gemaakt. Om die reden moeten bij een online ziekmelding van corona een positieve coronatest meegestuurd worden.
