Tenslotte geldt er tot eind van de maand een samenscholingsverbod, waarbij het niet is toegestaan met meer dan twee mensen bij elkaar te zijn. De politie zegt een zero tolerance beleid te gaan voeren, de boetes zijn verhoogd.
